Vegan Chocolate Cake

1 ¼ cup (300ml) Soy Milk

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

2/3 cup (160ml) of Oil

1 ¼ cup (150g) Sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 ¾ cup (218g) All-Purpose Flour

1/3 cup (30g) Cocoa Powder

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 ½ teaspoons Baking Soda

¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

Start with a small bowl and combine the soy milk and the apple cider vinegar, then set it aside. It should turn into curdles.

In a large bowl sift all the dry ingredients except the sugar together.

Grab the apple cider vinegar and milk bowl again and stir in the sugar, vanilla, and oil.

Mix in the dry ingredients to combine.

Using an 8-inch pan spray with non-stick spray or use the grease and flour method.

Pour batter into the cake pan then into the oven. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.

Use the toothpick method to check if the cake is done.
